Storage:
- Brownies, Blondies, and Pies: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Alternatively, you may freeze them for up to 3 months. These treats can be eaten straight from the fridge, allowed to come to room temperature, or heated in the microwave in 20-second intervals until they are soft and melted.
- Cookies: Best stored at room temperature in an airtight container. For optimal enjoyment, warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds for a soft, warm bite.
Postage:
We ship all our bakes via Royal Mail 24. All items are freshly baked to order, and as such, delivery may take up to 7 days. Please note, we do not offer next-day or specific-day delivery.
Important Notice: While we take great care to ensure the protection of your bakes, occasional damage may occur during transit, particularly with items that have delicate toppings or frosting. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. We are not liable for any postal damage, as this is beyond our control. No refunds or replacements will be provided for damaged goods.
During warmer months, bakes may arrive melted due to heat during transit. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we do not offer refunds for melted items. Upon receiving your order, please ensure all items are promptly stored in the fridge.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or amend your order (including a change of address), this must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that they are baked to order, we are unable to process cancellations after this time. To cancel or amend your order, please email hello@twistedtreatsonline.co.uk with the subject line “Cancel Order” or “Amend Order,” so we can address your request promptly. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
Refunds:
As our products are food and cannot be resold once shipped, we do not offer refunds on orders. However, if your bakes arrive damaged or there is a significant delay in delivery, we will offer replacements. Please note that minor damage is not acceptable for a replacement. Issues related to incorrect addresses do not qualify for refunds or replacements. For a replacement to be processed, the original parcel must be returned to us.
Allergens:
We do not cater to any specific allergies. Please do not place an order if you have any allergies, as we handle ingredients such as nuts, peanuts, gluten, wheat, soya, dairy, eggs, and other allergens in our kitchen. If you have concerns about allergens, please contact us before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for orders placed incorrectly due to allergies.
